The World's Biggest Ever Surfing Festival

This spring, internationally acclaimed surf film-makers Matt Gye and Simon Saffigna will unleash their latest masterpiece Surfing Surfaris, bringing surf-films back to the big screen!

To celebrate the film's release, Matt & Simon have put together a Festival of epic proportions, the likes of which Surf, Film, and Music fans have never witnessed before!

Travelling with the festival will be an all star cast of Australian and International Pro Surfers; you can meet them and even have a surf with them the next day!

Entertainment will be provided by UK cult band The Cubical, as well as 28 Days, Band of Frequencies, The Hairy Pickle & Dave Cavanagh.

The film features the world's greatest surfers, and will take you on an insightful journey through the slums of Brazil, to the breathtaking islands of Guam, Hawaii and Indonesia, then back home to Australia and some epic forty foot waves!

The Surfing Surfari Festival started in the Gold Coast in September, and is touring clockwise around Australia's coastline through to November 2006.
